I realize that following every single guideline is impossible, and I am not asking you to do that. What I strongly recommend is to follow these guidelines majority of the time. For the “average” person with no health issues, an occasional “treat” is okay. Just don’t make it how you eat the majority of the time.
For those who are suffering from illnesses such as gluten sensitivity, autism, depression, etc., it is very important to stick to these guidelines for better health.
